- QUESTION: When will I receive my CE Certificate.
- ANSWER: The process takes approximately 2 weeks from the time we receive your exam form to grade, to the time you will receive your CE Certificate in the mail.

DO YOU NEED IT FASTER? IF SO FOLLOW THESE 2 SIMPLE STEPS.

STEP 1: Fax your completed exam and contact form to 1-845-369-0009. Don’t have a fax machine? Simply email your answers.
STEP 2: Send an email to: info@personaltrainereducation.com
In the subject line type RUSH CEC’S.
In the body of the email provide YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION.
Note: If you are emailing your answers only one email is required.
You will receive your CE Certificate as a PDF via email (Note: We do not fax CE Certificates).
If received by 12:00 PM Monday-Friday (Eastern Time) you will receive the same day.
If received after 12:00 PM Monday- Friday (Eastern Time) you will receive the next day.
