Section four, stressing the importance of foot care and how it directly impacts everything else (knees, hips, pelvis, spine, and posture). This section has inspired me to have a simple foot care conversation with my clients because I think something seeming so small and basic as foot wear tends to slip the minds of most people. All the information on heart rate directly relates to everyone in any type of fitness program. Everyone needs to be aware of benefits of a heart rate monitor, and also know their max heart rate. Being on track and monitoring your heart rate you're able to make sure you're at the correct intensity to meet your goal and monitor your progress.
