"This course has augmented my stretching knowledge and has shown me innovative stretching techniques using the G ball as opposed to simply just static stretching. Throughout my work as a trainer my clients would inquire about stretching, especially for their lower back. All I really had to offer them was some of the simple static stretches that I knew.
