Q. Do I need to purchase any additional textbooks in order to take any of the CE Courses?
A. No, all Continuing Education Courses come complete and do not require any additional materials.
Q. Are there any qualifications that are necessary in order to take the any of the CE Courses?
A. Yes, you must be at least 18 years of age. We also strongly recommend a personal trainer certification and a current certification in CPR.
Q. How long will it take to complete a CE Course?
A. The time varies for each CE Course. We do provide time recommendations, however this is dependent on the person taking the course and your education, knowledge and experience.
Q. When I order a CE Course, do I go somewhere to take a test?
A. No, all of your course work and the test can be completed at your pace from your own home or office. All of your materials will be shipped at one time.
Q. Is there a separate testing fee for the CE Course?
A. There is no separate testing fee.
Q. How many questions is the test?
A. Test questions vary for each CE Course. See each course for specifics.
Q. Is it difficult to pass the test?
A. No. Most individuals have passed this course successfully (95% pass rate). As long as you have thoroughly reviewed all the material you should pass the CE Course successfully.
Q. What if I do not successfully complete the test?
A. You will be notified by phone or by mail and you will have the option to re - take and re-submit your test within four weeks at no additional cost.
Q. Are your CE Courses Certification Courses?
A. No our courses are Specialty Continuing Education Courses.
Q. What will I receive after completing the Continuing Education Course?
A. Upon completion of the course you will receive a certificate specifying the CEC's from your certifying organization and a
Certificate that states you have completed the Continuing Education Course so you can keep for your records.
Q. How many CEC's/CEU's do I receive from my Certification Association?
A. The point value is different for each association. Please see each CE Course for current CEC/CEU information.
Q. When will I receive my CEC's?
A. The process takes 2 weeks from the time we receive your test form to grade and mail back your CEC/CEU information to you. Please do not call to see if we have received your test form, are grading your test, or have sent your CEC form. This will not expedite the process. If you need it faster click here.
Q. Does you offer share courses?
A. Yes. Many of the programs offer a share course. Individuals sharing will receive CEC's and a certificate of completion. Please see each CE Course for details.
Q. Do any of the CE Courses require any fitness tools?
A. Some CE Courses do require fitness tools. See each course for specifics.
Q. How much is shipping and handling?
A. Shipping and handling costs for each CE Course to a US Street address is $10 US. To a Canadian address is $30 US, 2 courses $40 (shipped Global Express 6-7 Business Days). To any other International address it is $45 US, 2 courses $55 (shipped Global Express 6-7 Business Days).
Q. How long does it take after I order the CE Course to receive my materials?
A. In the US it takes 2-7 business days to arrive. Canada and any other International address 4-5 Business Days.
Q. How are the courses shipped?
A. Courses are shipped by Ground FedEx in the United States and Via USPS in Mexico, Hawaii, Canada and all other International addresses. Courses ship within 48 hours. You will be notified by email if it will take longer. FOB NY. We are not responsible for FedEx or USPS delays.
Q. How are the burst resisant stability balls shipped?
A. Balls are shipped by Ground FedEx in the United States. (We do not ship stability balls to Mexico, Hawaii, Canada and all other International addresses). Stability balls ship within 48 hours. You will be notified by email if it will take longer. FOB NY. We are not responsible for FedEx delays.
Q. Return Policy
A. If you decide not to continue with any of the courses on PersonalTrainerEducation.com you may return it. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned courses. in addition to reimbursement of our shipping costs. Any additional shipping charges paid during the time of ordering are non-refundable. There is no refund for courses that are returned damaged. If you have had your materials more than 30 days, there is no refund. There are no exceptions to this refund policy. There are no exchange of programs once they are shipped. All returns must include our assigned Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). We will not accept any returned program without our RMA#. You can obtain RMA # by calling 1-888-467-3488. We will process your request within 72 hours. All returns must be sent insured US Mail to GMP FITNESS, PO BOX 283, SADDLE RIVER, NJ 07458.
